LadyBoss and our LadyBoss Coaches are here to help you succeed! We are all in and want you to be all in too! Because of this, we have the following reschedule and cancellation policy for all One-On-One Sessions:
1 – All reschedules MUST be completed 24 hours in advance of your session.
2 – All reschedule requests MUST be made 24 hours in advance of your session.
Reschedule requests made prior to the 24-hour cutoff will be accommodated.
If you request a change within the 24 hour time window, we will do our best to accommodate but it is for only very rare and emergency circumstances that accommodations will be accepted.
If accommodations cannot be accepted you forgo the purchased session.
3 – In the event that you “No-Show” your session, you will forgo the one-on-one session.
This session will be deducted from the total number of sessions you have pre-purchased.
4 – If you are late for your session, we will continue with the session and end at the scheduled time. The time used will be considered a full session.
