LadyBoss GLOW Collagen Supplement supports your body’s natural collagen production and promotes skin, hair, nails, and bone health.

Ladies, it is time to get very real.

There comes the point in every woman’s life when things begin to… how do I say it? Change.  Well, I’ve reached that point.

About a year ago, I looked in the mirror one morning, and I noticed my first wrinkle. I did not think much about it, after all, I had just had my first baby, so it was not wholly unexpected.

I ended up naming the wrinkle Shirley since surely it would be my one and only, and I’m prone to naming things.

Then, on another morning, not long after that, I noticed Shirley had invited friends to the party around my eyes.  I did not mind my first wrinkle, but four or five of them in such a short amount of time is something I indeed minded.

All I could think about was a quote from the movie Steel Magnolias, when Dolly Parton’s character says, “Honey, time marches on, and eventually you realize it’s marching across your face.”  From what I could see in the mirror, time was undoubtedly marching across my face.

Ever notice how, when you see one supposed “flaw” on your body, you begin to notice everything else? In my case, not long after discovering my wrinkles, I noticed that I now had cellulite.

When did cellulite suddenly arrive in the picture?

To make matters worse, no matter how many squats or lunges I did, nothing seemed to help alleviate the cellulite.

I know that we all age, and our bodies succumb to the pull of gravity eventually, but I did not think it would happen so soon!

And it was not just that there were wrinkles and cellulite; I noticed my skin had lost it’s healthy glow altogether!

Seriously, what was happening?

Ultimately, I wanted to know what I could do, so I did what I do best: I researched. I knew I was not the only woman out there feeling this way.

Most importantly, I wanted to help bring my skin back to a more healthy radiance.  Otherwise, I just looked unhealthy and honestly, somewhat ill – not a great look for anyone.

The result of my research came down to the fact that I was experiencing a decline in collagen, which begins to occur in women between ages 25-30.

I am sure we have all heard the term collagen tossed around in conversation to some capacity, most often when discussing getting collagen injections.  But injections aren’t the only way to get those glow-inducing collagen benefits.

In my research, I learned that collagen is a protein that is essential for overall health.  And did you know there is more than one type of collagen our body requires?

My research delved into a world of glycine and proline, which make up 50% of the amino acids in collagen.  I learned about protein composition, the role of Vitamin C, and the effects of collagen deficiency beyond aging.

For something that the body produces naturally, I was shocked at how little I knew about it.  I understood that I needed to help my body in any way I could and help other women who face the same predicament.

So, after all my research and over a year of experimenting, I developed LadyBoss GLOW.

What is LadyBoss GLOW?

LadyBoss GLOW is a collagen supplement that enhances the body’s natural collagen production. GLOW helps firm skin, smooth the appearance of cellulite, and promotes healthy skin, hair, and nails.

LadyBoss GLOW is the result of my tireless research and growing frustration with other collagen supplements.  I had such a hard time finding something that tasted good, worked, and did not break the bank every month.

I did not find anything to fit my criteria; thus, I set out with my team to create LadyBoss GLOW. It is an anti-aging formula that helps support the body’s natural collagen production to embrace beauty at any age.

GLOW is also odorless as well as tasteless, making it perfect for mixing into almost anything.  You can put it in a glass of water, protein shakes, or coffee.  You can even bake with GLOW if you wanted. It is just that versatile.

Another criterion of mine was that it needed to be a one-stop-shop supplement.  That is why it only takes one scoop of GLOW collagen powder to get the benefits.

Those one-scoop benefits include helping you build strong hair, skin, bones, and nails.  GLOW can also help with joint health and improving immune function.

Oh, and as for that pesky cellulite? Well, GLOW can help to smooth the appearance of cellulite and help you get firm skin all around.

In conjunction with diet and exercise, GLOW can also support weight loss.

So how can it do all this? As the old saying goes, the proof is in the pudding, or in this case, it’s in the powder of LadyBoss GLOW.

First, What Exactly is Collagen?

Collagen is the basic building block of your entire body, which is 30 percent protein, and of that 30 percent, 90 percent is collagen.  Collagen is a short-chain amino acid comprising primarily glycine and proline.

Ok, ladies, aside from it helping rid ourselves of Shirley and friends, do you actually know what collagen is?  Honestly, I was surprised at how little I knew when I began my research.  So before we dive into LadyBoss GLOW, let’s cover the subject of collagen itself.

Collagen is the most abundant protein in your body, composed of 19 different amino acids.  It is the major component of connective tissues that make up several parts of the body, including tendons, ligaments, skin, and muscles.

Did you know that there are at least 16 types of collagen found in the human body?  And all 16 play active roles in our overall health,  including supporting healthy skin, hair, nails, and bones.

Outside of the human body and supplements, collagen also recurs naturally in certain foods.  Collagen is found in chicken, bone broth, fish, egg whites, citrus fruits, and berries.

As I mentioned before, when we age, the body’s natural collagen production slows. That’s why a collagen supplement, such as LadyBoss GLOW, can help counteract collagen deficiency.  GLOW contains what is known as hydrolyzed collagen, a form of collagen that is broken down, making it easier for the body to absorb.

Again, when combined with fitness and a healthy diet, collagen may promote the synthesis of muscle proteins like creatine and stimulate muscle growth after exercise. The more lean muscle mass you have, the more calories your body burns to maintain it.  The more calories you burn, the more prone you are to losing weight.

So let me get this straight, collagen shuts down Shirley’s party, it helps with reducing joint pain, keeps hair and nails looking gorgeous, and may even help with weight loss?  Uh-yes, please

What are the Five Collagens in GLOW, and What Does Each Do?

The 16 types of collagen within our bodies are all essential, but you won’t find all 16 in LadyBoss GLOW. For GLOW, I included the five most prevalent collagens to best battle Shirley, promote joint health, and support healthy hair and nails.  Those five are Type I, Type II, Type III, Type V, and Type X.

Now, let’s dive into each type of collagen within GLOW to better understand how they keep us, well, glowing.

Let’s Talk Type I Collagen and What It Does for Your Body

The first collagen we will look at in LadyBoss GLOW also happens to be the first in the entire collagen family, Type I.

Type I collagen is known as a bovine or fish collagen, based on where it is sourced from.  However, most Type I collagen found in supplements is from marine sources such as cod, mackerel, and herring.

We need Type I because it is a significant building block of skin and bone health.  \By far the most abundant protein in vertebrates, Type 1 collagen assembles into fibers that form blood vessel walls, corneas, and other tissue.

Type I is also the most abundant collagen present within connective tissue, like tendons and ligaments.  Furthermore, Type I collagen is present within scar tissue once the skin has healed and repaired itself.

Another function of  Type I collagen is that it is the main component within the organic part of the bones.  It is found in dentine and cementum, the calcified tissue that covers our teeth’s roots and anchors them to the jaw bone.

And like other collagens, Type I’s structure contains the amino acids: proline, glycine, and hydroxyproline.  So what exactly does that mean to us?  Well, these three amino acids are what makeup 57% of all amino acids within collagen.  They are what help keep our muscles and joints flexible and help our skin battle sagging and wrinkles. In short, proline, glycine, and hydroxyproline are major proponents in the battle against Shirley and her friends.  Need I say more?

What Makes Type II Collagen Unique?

Do you remember the days when you could rise from a chair or climb up and down from the floor without any aches or pain?  I know I do.  Now, it suddenly seems to require all my efforts, complete with aches, grunts, and groans, to get up from anything, floor or chair.

Well, those aches and pains are typically due to the depletion of Type II collagen.

Type II is a chicken collagen, sourced for supplements from cartilage found in the sternum of chicken.  Within our own bodies, Type II is found in human cartilage and is essential for keeping our joints healthy so we can move with more ease.

Type II makes up 10% of the total collagen in the human body and is 50%-60% of collagen present in cartilage and ligaments.  It adds structure and strength to the connective tissues that support the body’s joints, organs, and skin.

Some studies suggest that when paired with other biomarkers, Type II collagen may even treat osteoarthritis.  Osteoarthritis develops due to aging when the protein makeup of cartilage degenerates, and the joints experience swelling and other damage due to repetitive use.

Along with joints, Type II cartilage is also responsible for strengthening the cartilage found in ears, nose, and bronchial tubes.  Type II collagen fibers also compose the cartilage that provides stability and flexibility to the rib cage.

How is Type III Collagen is Different from Other Collagens?

Type III Collagen is the second most abundant collagen found in the human body and is sourced from the muscle, bone, and skin of bovine.  It plays an indispensable role in our skin and organs’ health.

Type III is crucial for Type I fiber growth and healthy cardiovascular development.  Working in conjunction with Type I, Type III helps improve overall skin, hair, and bone health.  Type III works with Type I within the same tissue, though each performs a different function. Together they help create a healthy inflammation response and promote strong joints and cartilage, counteracting wear and tear that occurs over time.

Basically, what all that means is that Type III works with Type I collagen to get rid of Shirley while also strengthening your hair and bones.  So with Type III collagen, you get rid of Shirley, your hair looks fabulous, and your bones are strong and less prone to osteoporosis as you age.  It’s a win-win all around.

What Is The Role Of Type V Collagen?

The fourth collagen in GLOW is actually Type V, which is essential to the fibrillation of Type I and III collagen. Or, said in a way that doesn’t sound like your old high school science teacher talking, Type V is valuable to the proper functioning and development of Type I and III.

Contributing to the function and development of other collagens, Type V collagen is produced in small quantities by a range of cells, including connective tissue.  Along with its role in the development of Type I and III, Type V also co-exists with Type II collagen in joint cartilage and supports healthy Type II collagen fibers.

In conjunction with Type I, Type V is a contributor to the bone matrix and the interstitial matrix of muscles, liver, and lungs.  It also functions to create healthy cells within the human placenta.

Type V collagen helps in forming the skin cell surfaces around our hair.  It is thanks to Type V collagen that our hair grows thicker.  Type V also plays a contributing role in overall nail tissue development.  It is vital to the health of our nail bed (the skin beneath the actual nail), helping our nails grow stronger and less brittle.

Type X, The Fifth and Final Collagen in GLOW

Type X, often nicknamed the eggshell membrane collagen, is the fifth and final collagen in LadyBoss GLOW. As you can probably guess from its nickname, the source of Type X is typically the membrane of eggshells.

Type X collagen is considered the network-forming collagen, on account of its role in new bone formation and lattice-like structure.  Like Type V, Type X is created in small amounts but is critical to cartilage and muscle health.

Studies show that Type X helps relieve pain associated with osteoarthritic joint pain and rheumatoid arthritis.  Pain relief from Type X is due to its support of healthy elasticity in the muscles around joints.

Overall, Type X collagen helps develop better flexibility in your tendons and promotes overall muscle health.  When we supplement Type X, we don’t suffer as much from the typical aches and pains that come with age and tend to slow us down.

What Type I, II, III, V, & X Collagen Do in Combination

We now know that collagen is an essential protein molecule composed of amino acids contributing to the overall structure of the human body.  But perhaps more importantly, we know that it is the ultimate component in the battle against Shirley.

With that said, the next question is if there are five collagens within LadyBoss GLOW,  then how do they all work when you put them together into one collagen supplement

For starters, if there is one thing I have learned from my research, it is that each type of collagen depends on another.  What I mean by that is that the growth and development of two collagens can rely on the presence of another single collagen type.

Together, the five collagens provide the building blocks that contribute to an overall healthy bodily function.   More specifically,  the collagens within GLOW promote healthy skin by supporting healthy skin elasticity as well as healthy hair and nails.

The prevalent five collagens in GLOW also support joint mobility and play a fundamental role in healthy cartilage, ligaments, and other connective tissue

Because it is a protein, collagen can also aid in weight loss by helping suppress appetite, making you feel fuller for longer.

What Else is in the LadyBoss GLOW Formula?

Now that we have covered collagen and the five types I’ve included in LadyBoss GLOW, it’s time to move on to the rest of the formula.

Not long into my research for a collagen supplement, I began to note a trend.  I noticed that a lot of collagen supplements on the market had ingredients that made no sense as to why they’d even be in a collagen supplement in the first place.  There were even some supplements that did not contain collagen at all!  How does that even work?

Other supplements required a multitude of steps and multiple, expensive products for each of those steps.  In my mother’s day, you did not need a complete 32 step anti-aging regimen; what happened to those days?

No one has time anymore for tedious, multi-step regimens! That’s why when I developed LadyBoss GLOW, I knew it had to contain the best ingredients, and it needed to be a quick, one-stop-shop.

So not only does GLOW contain the five collagens above, but it also includes Verisol BioActive Peptides ®, the double patented blend of Mito Prime ®, Hyaluronic Acid, and Vitamin C.  And the best part about it?  You can get the full benefits of GLOW with just one scoop.  No multi-step tediousness required!

All right, I know that was a ton of information with a lot of words that probably don’t make a lot of sense.  So, let’s just dive into the GLOW ingredients one at a time and learn how they support you!

Hyaluronic Acid

If you’ve ever looked at the ingredients of your favorite skincare cream, you’ve probably seen hyaluronic acid.  It is a natural substance produced by our bodies and is one of the vital components of LadyBoss GLOW.

Within our body, hyaluronic acid is responsible for lubricating and supporting joints.  It is also found within the vitreous of our eyes, which is the jelly-like substance making up most of the mass of the eyeball.

By helping reduce inflammation, hyaluronic acid also plays a role in supporting overall joint health.  It promotes the development of joint cartilage by encouraging the growth of new cells and tissues.

Hyaluronic acid is equally vital in retaining skin moisture, making it a major contributor in the battle against Shirley.  It binds directly to water helping your skin retain moisture and alleviating dry skin.  As a result, hyaluronic acid helps reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines, keeping your skin appearing firm and youthful. Hasta la vista, Shirley!

Verisol BioActive Peptides ®

Another valuable component for the overall benefits of LadyBoss GLOW is the Verisol BioActive Peptides.  The BioActive Collagen Peptides are versatile, multi-source collagen that offers unique physiological benefits and nutritional properties.

For starters, the Peptides play a significant role in supporting your fingernails and hair’s health and fortification.  The BioActive Peptides also promotes supple, smoother skin, resulting in fewer wrinkles.

BioActive Peptides also help counteract the collagenous extracellular matrix’s loss.

Whoa, back up!  What was that again? Suddenly, we are back to talking like that high school science teacher.

First of all, what is the collagenous extracellular matrix

Well, to simplify it, the extracellular matrix is what gives our cells structure and binds cells together.  It is composed of collagens, enzymes, and glycoproteins.  Since our collagen levels deplete with age, the health of our cells becomes less stable, aka we experience collagenous extracellular matrix loss.

BioActive Peptides help to counteract that effect and work to keep our cells healthy and stable.

As a result of counteracting the loss of collagen within the extracellular matrix, BioActive Peptides also help stimulate skin metabolism.  Skin metabolism is the body’s ability to regulate collagen and regenerate cells damaged from UV rays and aging.

But perhaps my personal favorite role that BioActive Peptides offers is the help it provides in reducing the appearance of that ever so stubborn cellulite.

Hallelujah! Goodbye and good riddance, cellulite!

MitoPrime ®

We know that all living organisms produce energy, and LadyBoss GLOW is designed to promote efficient energy use in the human body with MitoPrime.  It is an intra-mitochondrial antioxidant blend that helps support cellular energy.

MitoPrime plays a vital role in helping protect the mitochondria, one of the cell’s organelles.  The mitochondria’s primary function is to help produce energy from the food we eat, also known as ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate).  As an energy carrier, MitoPrime also helps reduce the appearance of biological signs of aging by reducing oxidative stress in the body.

Another benefit of its effect on oxidative stress is its ability to, in turn, help improve athletic recovery.  All that really means is you won’t feel as sore and unable to move in the days following a workout thanks to MitoPrime! It also assists with athletic recovery thanks to the effect it has on muscle contraction when muscles are fatigued.  The leading proponent of this effect is L-Ergothionenine, the main ingredient of MitoPrime.

L-Ergothioneine is a powerful amino acid antioxidant that is known as the “longevity vitamin.”  It gained that nickname because it is good at scavenging toxic reactive oxygen species that cause critical damage to human cells that result in aging.

The All-Mighty Vitamin C

I could not create a supplement for skin health and not include vitamin C!  I would go so far as to say that vitamin C is one of the hardest working vitamins in overall health.

Vitamin C is essential to the body’s production of collagen.  Its primary role is to help regulate the synthesis of our natural production of collagen.  It is also a cofactor in the hydroxylation of the collagen molecule, which basically means that vitamin C is a collagen builder.

Another role of vitamin C is that of holding cells together during the creation of collagen.  As a result, vitamin C also helps increase collagen synthesis, which aids in repairing damaged skin.

Vitamin C can also aid in weight loss as well.  Along with exercise-induced collagen synthesis, higher vitamin C levels can actually help our bodies burn more fat during exercise.

Now maybe you understand why I say vitamin C may be one of the hardest working vitamins.

LadyBoss GLOW, A Premium Bioactive Anti-Aging Supplement

LadyBoss GLOW, with its five collagens and double patented blends, is designed to keep your hair, skin, and nails looking gorgeous, strong, and healthy. It also works to keep you moving with ease, supporting healthy bones and joints.

It was also important to me that GLOW is extremely versatile.  That is why I developed it to be odorless, tasteless, and easily mixed.  You can mix it in water, your smoothies, or even bake with it.  It is also created with simplicity in mind, requiring only one scoop per serving to get the benefits GLOW has to offer.

But I have to take it back to what I said at the beginning because I want to keep it real with you, ladies.  The truth is, developing LadyBoss GLOW was my way of breaking up with Shirley.  With GLOW, I let her know that, while we had a good run together, it was time to move on.

So, are you ready to break up with your Shirley? I do believe it is time.

When you break up with Shirley, you are also taking care of yourself.  You are helping your skin be healthy, your bones stronger, and your joints pain-free.

My core belief is that every woman deserves to feel beautiful from the inside out.

I do have one last thing to talk about.  Are you someone who has people in your life who say that taking a collagen supplement is simply an act of vanity? Do you feel that way yourself, and that’s why you don’t take a collagen supplement already?

If so, then I’m here to tell you to forget that notion, starting today.  First of all, caring about how you look and feel is not vanity.  But more importantly, collagen contributes so much to your overall health and wellbeing that taking a collagen supplement is really an act of self-care.

Listen, there are always going to be critics in life. Just remember that you hold the power of choosing to listen to those critics or not.  Also, try not to let the biggest, loudest critic in your life come from within you.  Check that self-talk and make sure it is healthy and supportive.  Self-love starts from within; that’s the core of your inner glow.

You need to tell yourself this every day,

I deserve to feel beautiful.

I deserve to feel happy.

I deserve to feel healthy.

Say those three statements every day, again and again, until you believe them.  Because you do deserve to feel beautiful, happy, and healthy.  We all do!

I have found that when you feel beautiful, you also feel confident, and every woman should be a confident woman.

So beautiful lady, it is time for you to step out into the world and GLOW.
