Brownie Batter Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 3 scoops LadyBoss LEAN minus 2 tbsp
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 c peanut butter
- ½ can pumpkin puree
- ½ c chopped almonds measured before they’re chopped
- ½ c coconut flakes organic unsweetened
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds chia seeds, flax seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Drain any excess liquid off the pumpkin puree.
- Combine (with an electric mixer) LadyBoss LEAN, cocoa powder, peanut butter, pumpkin, and chopped almonds. (Also add hemp, chia, and flax seeds if desired) in a small bowl.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to make the dough less sticky.
- Roll into 1-inch balls, then roll in coconut.
