Brownie Batter Protein Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 3 scoops LadyBoss LEAN minus 2 tbsp
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 c peanut butter
  • ½ can pumpkin puree
  • ½ c chopped almonds measured before they're chopped
  • ½ c coconut flakes organic unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds chia seeds, flax seeds (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Drain any excess liquid off the pumpkin puree.
  • Combine (with an electric mixer) LadyBoss LEAN, cocoa powder, peanut butter, pumpkin, and chopped almonds. (Also add hemp, chia, and flax seeds if desired) in a small bowl.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes to make the dough less sticky.
  • Roll into 1-inch balls, then roll in coconut.

Notes

Use a small ice cream scoop to create balls the same size.
