Spinach Puree For Babies

Ingredients

fresh spinach leaves
packed
½
c
water

apples
peeled, cored, and chopped
½
tsp
cinnamon
⅛
tsp
nutmeg
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, over medium-high heat, add apples, water, and spices.
Cook for 15 minutes or until apples are tender.
Add spinach leaves, and cook until spinach is wilted (about 2 minutes).
Add ingredients to the food processor, and puree until smooth (about 1-2 minutes).
Notes
Store in freezer up to 1 month.
Store in refrigerator up to 2 days.
Serve slightly warmed.
