low-fat shredded mozzarella cheese

Ezekiel sprouted bread

Instructions
Preheat skillet to medium-high.
Spray with nonstick spray, and add an egg to the skillet.
Cook until egg whites are set and then remove from heat.
Add pizza sauce and cheese to toast.
Microwave for 20 seconds or until cheese is melted.
Top with the cooked egg.
Notes
Garnish with fresh parsley and basil.
