Preheat skillet to medium-high heat. Add turkey and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until the turkey has browned and is no longer pink. Melt in cheese.
Cook black beans in a small pot over low heat while turkey cooks. Stir together in a small bowl the Bragg’s Liquid Aminos and honey dijon mustard.
Layer lettuce wraps with black beans and then meat on top, then pour on the mustard and Bragg’s Liquid Aminos mixture on top.
