Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, and lightly grease with cooking spray. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Place chicken onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven until chicken is no longer pink and is slightly crispy on the outside, about 15 minutes. Turn chicken over after 7-8 minutes so chicken cooks evenly.
When chicken is done, spread with a thin layer of buffalo sauce and then return to the oven for just a few minutes to bake it on.
