Instructions
Preheat skillet to medium-high heat.
Spray with nonstick spray.
Add shrimp. Cook until it turns pink.
Spread yogurt on the tortilla. Add tomatoes, cucumbers, spinach, and cooked shrimp.
Top with fresh pepper and freshly-squeezed lemon.
