Fish Tacos

Ingredients
  

  • 1 fresh cod fillet about 6 ozs
  • 1 c fresh spinach
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 Ezekiel Sprouted Tortilla – cut in half
  • 1 c salsa
  • 2 tbsps coconut oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat coconut oil in large pan on medium heat.
  • Add lightly salted fish to skillet and cook until no longer transparent (5-8 minutes).
  • Warm tortilla halves.
  • Add spinach, fish, avocado, and salsa to each tortilla half.
