Detoxifying Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • c water or dairy-free milk
  • ½ can pumpkin puree
  • ½ banana frozen
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds ground flax or hemp seeds
  • 1 scoop LadyBoss LEAN ®

Instructions
 

  • Blend well in a blender.
