  • c skim milk can substitute with any dairy-free milk option
  • 1-2 tsp cinnamon to taste
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp butter extract
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop LadyBoss LEAN
  • 1 handful of ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Blend well in a blender.
