In a medium bowl combine dry Ingredients well.
Add yogurt, mix until well combined.
Remove dough from the bowl, knead a few times on floured working surface until dough is tacky (it should not be sticky, if it is, add more flour).
Form dough into 4 even-sized balls and roll them into 1-inch thick bands and connect the ends to form bagels.
Brush on the egg wash and top with your go-to toppings.
Preheat the air fryer to 290 F degrees.
Place bagels in the air fryer and bake until golden, typically about 16-18 minutes.
Let bagels cool completely before slicing them.
