Protein-Packed Healthy Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 3 large ripe bananas mashed
  • c creamy almond butter
  • ½ c unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ c unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 c LadyBoss LEAN®
  • 1 c quick oats
  • 1 c almond flour
  • tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 325° Fahrenheit.
  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Grease two 8" x 3.75" x 2.38" loaf pans with coconut oil.
  • Pour batter into greased pans.
  • Bake for 50-55 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes.
