Sauteed Zucchini Squash

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs zucchini cut in half-moons about ½-inch thick
  • c extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Fresh ground pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, warm olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the garlic and saute until fragrant and golden (about 2 minutes).
  • Add the zucchini and cook, stirring often, until tender (about 5 minutes).
  • Season with ground pepper.
