Ingredients
  

  • ½ c cooked brown lentils
  • ½ c cooked red lentils
  • 1 c finely diced carrots
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dry oregano
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp celery salt
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
  • Add finely diced carrots, and cook through.
  • Add brown lentils, red lentils, oregano, granulated garlic, onion powder, celery salt, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  • Once mixture is heated through, add lemon juice and parsley.
