Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
Add finely diced carrots, and cook through.
Add brown lentils, red lentils, oregano, granulated garlic, onion powder, celery salt, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Once mixture is heated through, add lemon juice and parsley.
