  • 1 scoop LadyBoss LEAN Protein Powder
  • 1/2 small frozen banana
  • 3 strawberries
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp reduced-fat peanut butter
  • 1 handful of ice cubes
