I recommend strawberries

cup
unsweetened almond milk
it can be sweetened almond milk
½
tsp
of your favorite sugar-free sweetener
⅓
cup
of your favorite protein powder
¾
tsp
xanthan gum
Instructions
Puree frozen fruit, almond milk, and sweetener until there are no lumps
In a mixing bowl, stir protein powder and xanthan gum
Add protein mix to the blended fruit and almond milk mixture
Blend until smooth (about 2 minutes)
Notes
NOTE: Don’t skip the xanthan gum. It’s a necessity for protein fluff.
