Healthy Chocolate Protein Mug Cake
What else can you call chocolate cake in a mug other than a pure cup of joy? That’s exactly what this recipe is! But along with being a delicious cup of joy, it’s also healthy, packed with protein, essential nutrients, and low in sugar! It’s chocolate perfection in a mug!

- 1 scoop LadyBoss LEAN
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 c almond milk
In a small microwave-safe bowl or mug combine protein powder, cocoa powder, coconut flour, and baking powder.
In a separate bowl, whisk together egg and almond milk.
Mix in the wet mixture with dry ingredients.
Top with cacao nibs.
Microwave for 60 seconds.
Variations:
If you’d like texture in your mug cake, add 1 tbsp cacao nibs, dark chocolate chips, or chopped nuts of choice.
For chocolate and peanut butter, add 1-2 tbsp of all-natural peanut butter. 1 tbsp if you like peanut butter, 2 tbsp if you love peanut butter.
