High Protein Frozen Yogurt with Berries
If you love frozen yogurt but are afraid it’ll wreck your diet, then you’ll love this homemade high-protein berry frozen yogurt recipe! It’s loaded with flavor but not excess sugar!

- 3 c frozen strawberries
- 1 c frozen raspberries
- 1 c plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop LadyBoss LEAN
- 2 tbsp honey or another low-calorie liquid sweetener such as stevia
Place the frozen fruit, Greek yogurt, LEAN, and honey into a food processor.
Process until completely smooth, approximately 5 minutes.
Serve immediately or place in the freezer until ready to eat. Let it sit at room temperature for 5-7 minutes before scooping if using from the freezer.
