High Protein Frozen Yogurt with Mango
Don’t let the fear of wrecking your diet stop you from enjoying frozen yogurt! This high-protein frozen yogurt recipe with mango is the perfect sweet treat loaded with flavor and nutrients instead of tons of sugar!

- 1/2 c plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop LadyBoss LEAN
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch Himalayan salt
- 2/3 c frozen mango
- 1 c frozen raspberries
Put the yogurt, LEAN, salt, and cinnamon in a small food processor and process until well combined.
Add the frozen mango chunks and raspberries (make sure the fruits are frozen solid) and pulse until fruits are thoroughly blended with the yogurt. You will have to stop and push the fruits back down into the blade's path a few times in the process.
Serve immediately or place in the freezer until ready to eat. Let it sit at room temperature for 5-7 minutes before scooping if using from the freezer.
