Zest of ½ lemon

Instructions
Line an 8x8 baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until a batter forms.
Spread batter evenly over parchment paper.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Cut into bars.
