And when we say some of our favorites, we mean we took it as far as possible.  There is no traditional strawberry banana protein shake here.  Instead, when we combine strawberries and bananas, we are capturing the taste of a banana split!  We also have taken the power of strawberries and recaptured our favorite morning cereal.

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

This smoothie merges two classic flavors to satisfy any chocolate-loving sweet tooth, but without all the extra sugar.  

Chocolate Covered Strawberries Protein Shake

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz. unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop LadyBoss LEAN
  • 5 frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Handful of ice cubes

Instructions

Sour Berry

We aimed to recapture the essence of our favorite fruity but tart candies.  If you’re a fan of tart flavors, don’t shy away from a little more lemon juice.   

Sour Berry Protein Shake

  • 4 oz. orange juice

Strawberry Cheesecake 

It’s strawberry cheesecake but in a healthy smoothie.  Seriously, who wouldn’t want a strawberry cheesecake for breakfast without the guilt?

  • 1 handful of ice cubes optional

Berry Blast

By combining strawberries with raspberries, blackberries, and dark cherries, you not only get a robust flavor, but you also get a powerful antioxidant boost.

We realized that we could recreate our favorite childhood cereal flavor with a little orange juice, our LadyBoss LEAN, and some frozen strawberries.  Since that discovery, we have never looked back.
